NewBodog.com – even better than the real thing!

I mentioned a little while back about BoDog losing their name in a very dubious legal decision. Well I saw this post and it looks as though NewBoDog.com is actually getting more traffic that the old. According to the article they are getting much more traffic, many more sign-ups and generally things are looking pretty rosey.

It does prove the old adage about no publicity is bad publisity and also shows that a non-generic domain name is only worth a limited amount. If you can’t back up the brand name with something, it very quickly loses it’s value.
